| Descripció: | Research was conducted in the area of Canyon del Guarco, Cartago, to determine the effect of the slope above the market value of the land. A sample was selected so that variability in slope and size of the land had. An econometric model was selected and adjusted to measure the relationship between variables and significant results were obtained for the slope and size of the land as explanatory variables the value of the land. |
