| תיאור: | La educación de adultos versa sobre cómo los docentesuniversitarios deben aprovechar las experiencias de suseducandos y enseñarles a aprender a aprender en la universidad.Es imprescindible que el joven adulto sepa organizar,seleccionar y convertir los datos y la información enconocimiento, para lo cual se debe conocer cómo aprendey se le debe enseñar a utilizar sus facultades naturales paralograrlo. La andragogía pone de manifiesto que para undocente universitario no solo basta con dar la lección; elprofesor debe compenetrarse con el estudiante, con los procesosy, sobre todo, con la vocación que todos los docentesdebemos tener. ABSTRACTAdult education concerns how university professorsshould benefit from their students’ experience and howto teach them learn in the university. It is imperative thatthe young adult knows how to organize, select, and convertdata and information into knowledge; to that end theteacher has to know how they learn, and teach them how touse their natural capacities to obtain it. Andragogy showsthat it is not enough for a university professor to give lessons;he or she must work together with the students, withtheir thought processes and above all to conduct themselveswith the calling that all teachers must have. |
