| Descripción: | This paper reports on research in the Colombianrural municipalities of Alpujarra Tolima, Neira Caldas,Marulanda Caldas, Geneva Valle, Zarzal Valle, QuebradaNueva and Aranzazu Caldas, where an approach topastoral work was carried out through the applicationof interviews, as well as a characterization of thesocial thought of the catholic Church implementinga documentary analysis. The intention was todemonstrate and discover that, in the context of thecases studied, the attributes of contemporary societyrepresent a set of complex challenges for the Churchthat are manifested on one side in the structuraldisarticulation of rural cultural identity, from elsewherein the difficulty of implementing the messagecontained in social though of the Church. |
