Descripción:The objective of this study is to describe the evolution, captured in real time, of the “COVID-19” crisis in the five continents of the world, using the existing bibliography, considering confirmed cases, deaths and lethality due to the virus of “SARS-CoV-2”. In addition, the progress in vaccination against the disease is determined, in addition to addressing the influence of the climatic seasons on the evolution of the health crisis in Latin America and Europe; this last, as a study hypothesis for future investigations of this syndemic, where the synergy between the infectious agent and the chronic diseases of those affected is evidenced in the midst of social inequities. The results obtained up to 12/03/2021 indicate that the continent most impacted is America and the continent most neglected in vaccination against “COVID-19” is Africa.
