Descrizione:Chiriquí registers 267 of the 628 national reports of deprivation of liberty in 2024 (57 cases per 100,000 inhabitants), with Amber Alert limited only to social media without mass notifications. A collaborative minor monitoring application prototype was developed using User-Centered Design, featuring real-time tracking, maps, and SOS button functions. Users positively evaluated the prototype (4.7/5), establishing foundations for future improvements such as integration with independent wearable devices.
