Descripción: | This paper shows some results of tests that were made over granulated materials, among glass lens holder. The gage for the materials was 1mm and the electromagnetic energy was at a 3.1 cm of wavelength with a power less than 47 mW. Each test produces enough data to know some characteristics like transmittance; absorbence; SWR and reflexion coefficient of the material. According to the results, it is possible to analyze materials by the use of electromagnetic energy at a fix wavelength and power. This fact opens a possibility for the characterization of materials using nondestructive technique. Emphasis is made, that a specific wavelength was used for tests and any test make under different wavelength, will not give the same results. |
