Miêu tả:The article analyzes administrative work in non-formal education through two fundamental aspects: one, which is related to administration in general, includes the planning, design, organization, execution, monitoring and evaluation of plans, programs, and projects according to activities and work; the other has to do with socio-educative factors and pedagogies which predominate in teaching and learning processes, inherent within the actions of this educational method. In a similar fashion, nonformal, informal and formal education is defined conceptually as well as within the fields of action of non-formal education, and principle projections in order to insert programs that deal with the conditions and necessities of diverse populations.
