| Descrizione: | Currently, individuals live installed in occupations or entertainment, which makes it impossible to set aside a moment to listen to themselves. Therefore, the objective of this article is to show that free time is a period dedicated to non-work activities, but within various responsibilities that human beings have in their daily lives; however, it is not a time dedicated to personal construction, which is why it is not equal to leisure. This is one way in which subjects can achieve their own flourishing. The text breaks down various elements necessary to experience it and analyzes some circumstances that prevent its enjoyment. |
