| Diğer Bilgiler: | Public employment is formed for a variety of elements of constitutional, legal, administrative and technical nature, that have not yet been understood in Costa Rica’s Public Administration. The erroneous way in which the Government dictates provisions in this area, and in general about administrative modernization, justifies an exploratory research, seeking evidence that current political leaders do not have the willingness to achieve an organizational scaffolding to improve the shortcomings in this area, in pursuit of achieving the enhancement on Government action. |
