Method and technique: The process was carried out with a qualitative approach, the technique used being socio-educational workshops. Results: The results of the project are divided into three categories: the analysis of the experiences of the project facilitators, in order to indicate what was learned during the process; the experiences of the women that participated, containing the perception of the different workshops and what was learned from them, as well as the transformations that happened during the process, both at a personal and daily level of the participants, as well as at the educational level of the facilitators.
