Beschreibung:This article is a presentation posted as part of the I Cycle of Conferences on updating and training on socio-legal topics, given on february of 2024, in the Law School of the University of Costa Rica. Its main objetive is to question if law philosophy, as a branch of the philosophy, is a useless knowledge , and with it defend the survival of thought and vindicate the importance of the so – called superfluos branches of  knowledge.
