Proposal of good management practices to improve academic results in two educational institutions in Colombia.

实物特征:Each member of educational communities plays one or several key roles aimed at continuous improvement and strengthening of evaluation processes. A notable example is the educational director, whose work focuses on raising quality standards and fostering sustained development. Therefore, it is crucial to identify effective management practices that enhance the academic performance of students at the highest school levels. In this context, a qualitative phenomenological study was conducted, involving semi-structured interviews with 20 teachers from the educational institutions Liceo Caucasia and Santo Domingo, located in Antioquia, Colombia. The goal was to ascertain the administrative practices of directors in their respective institutions. Findings indicated that factors such as educational quality, efficiency of institutional processes, effective leadership, comprehensive evaluations, curricular and academic development, management of educational resources, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and interinstitutional alliances are key activities that directors must understand, embrace, and implement to consolidate students' academic achievements. These practices emerge as fundamental proposals for the consolidation of good managerial practices essential for optimizing the results in evaluations.
