| Beskrivelse: | This research is a proposal of ten alternatives to make the sworn statement of assets a more efficient instrument in the fight against corruption. This requires eliminatingthe formal errors for which the Comptroller has initiated disciplinary proceedings in order to enable it to invest its resources to check the veracity of the contents of the statement, and other substantive or substantive errors, which are the real corruption; it to the instrument of the sworn statement of assets, meets the objective of serving in the detection and fight against corruption for which it was created. |
