| Popis: | This article advances the conceptualization of humanistic leadership as an ethical architecture of relational spaces, in contrast to utilitarian frameworks. Employing a phenomenological-hermeneutic approach, the study explores its meaning through six interviews conducted in 2024-2025 with Mexican leaders from community, educational, and organizational settings. The analysis suggests that humanistic leadership is not an instrumental technique but rather a relational expression of humandevelopment that responds to the tension between being more and producing more, integrating philosophical foundations with empirical evidence. |
