Descripción:The objective of this research consists of determining the technological innovations that were necessary to implement in the administrative management of entrepreneurships and micro-enterprises as a result of COVID-19 in order to maintain operations during the pandemic. In this descriptive study with a mixed approach, a survey was applied to determine the main training needs of the entrepreneurs in relation to technological innovation. As a result of this research, the Professional Secretariat School of the National University designed and developed the training called Basic Office Management for Entrepreneurs from which 91 entrepreneurs graduated. This initiative facilitated inclusive, equitable and quality education and promoted lifelong learning opportunities for all, especially to access employment, decent work and entrepreneurship, as indicated in target 4.4 of the fourth sustainable development goal of the ONU.
