Descripción: | A new generation of philosophers today advances in defining the freedoms and material resources with which any individual on earth should have as a member of a global community and not just as a member of a national , ethnic or religious community to access a decent life.Under the new literature on cosmopolitan justice anyone can deny that minimum of welfare andaccommodation that regardless of skin color, religion or gender every human being accurate, because their basic needs are independent of their identity and place of birth. The debate thus posed must often face objections from those who argue that states and nations, like many other private communities , are absolutely necessary for the promotion of social rights and principles of global justice. In a way, this is a debate that reproduces the Enlightenment debate among the friends of the law and the friends of humanity , assuming that individuals can never assume their responsibilities to the global community if before have not developed certain values within their own national communities. This work around cosmopolitanism want to ponder some of the teachings of the old and the new debate on cosmopolitanism to highlight how the hackneyed use of a conflict of symbolic realities, such as universalism and particularism , which hides behind the symbolic management concepts , spatial temporal pray, there is the reality of good and bad government , good and bad policy, whichshould build any future that aspires to overcome this old debate between law and the friends of humanity |
