| Beschreibung: | The following text describes an system which measures the financial factors that show the feasible production level of farm models. It also provides the basis to evaluate investment plans and paying capacity. This system permits to enter the costs and income of each tillage per year. Moreover it contains the income and costs the farm models. This information is included and brought up to date by the system. It will permit to make projections of cash flow not only before but also after the financing. The objective is to evaluate the effect of the financing over the investment made in a separate way. It also has the capacity to store information for several crop farm models an it is allowed to make the corresponding changes to each piece of data. In addition it offers a sensitivity analysis with percent variations in the cost and income. |
