Descripción:This writing has as purpose to reflect on the training challenges faced by students of pedagogical practice who have used digital environments in a non-voluntary and temporary way in the teaching-learning process. It was developed under an interpretive approach from which the benefits and difficulties of the turn from face-to-face education to technology-mediated are revealed. A questionnaire was used, filled out by 97 students of the eighth semester of the degree in social sciences of the Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, which was complemented with the analysis of the field diaries of the students, and the recording of the discussions in the meetings to accompany their pedagogical practice. In the construction of challenges for the implementation of education mediated by technologies, the need to recognize and re-signify digital literacy is inferred, as well as to guarantee access and infrastructure to digital tools and platforms.
