Descripción:The complexity of modern contractual relationships causes, quite often, conflicts that are potentially ruled by an arbitration clause involving non-signatory third parties therein, but whose involvement is essential for an appropriete resolution of the conflict. Each jurisdiction has different criteria on the possibility of extending the effects or not of the arbitration clause to third parties, and on the specific circumstances where such an extension is possible.
