Descripción:In this work, a comparison is made between the aquaculture activity of bluefin tuna in Baja California and the production of maquiladoras on land and its relationship with the fourth transformation in Mexico, through a bibliographic and documentary review during the years 2002 to 2022. The ranches tuna fishermen maintain a social and economic activity, although they will have to emphasize the application of their own research and venture into a new model within the fourth transformation.
