Descripción:The principal aim of this article is to achieve a theoretical approach to the analysis about the construction of the decolonial thoughin the continent. Therefore, it highlight the importance of broach every single subject which concern to the modernity and its constitutive strategy: the coloniality, in order to show the basis of the traditional Latin- American sociological thinking. In the other hand, it underline the intercultural perspective as a path to overcome the eurocentrism and North-American tradition in the pursuit of a paradigmatic change that allow to vindicate the contribution of the nontraditional but participative and proactive social actors.
