It was conducted by professor and students of IV year of nursing Module morbid adulthood. The methodology was raised from a quantitative descriptive. We used a questionnaire consisting of open and closed questions to collect data. 11 people attended the team's basketball men with spinal cord injury in Moravia, which were rehabilitated or advanced therapy and whether or not a couple now aged 18 to 65 years. Among the key issues to highlight is that almost all respondents are sexually active and very important to consider the issue of sexuality in the rehabilitation process, but there is a lack of knowledge in this area. It also reflects a need for information on specific subjects such as is tips for genital sex couples and expression of feelings. It is therefore concluded from this research that need addressing sexuality in people with spinal cord injury, is also relevant intervention by the nursing staff with their knowledge to educate on human sexuality in populations of that society is denied the expression of it.
