| Descripción: | The present article tries to establish, from an interdisciplinary stance, a basic model for the construction of communication in formal, artistic, educational organizations, taking into account the educative disciplines from the group, mechanical administration of formal and non-formal education by holistic means as defined by alternative conflict resolution and the participatory processes of educational organizations. The educational organization of the artistic field is a part of the primary, secondary and higher education system, but the organizational phenomena are rarely studied. To learn how to communicate through and by educational organization is of the utmost importance in order to be able to participate in social changes and current technologies. |
