| その他の書誌記述: | The following article refers to a final research project which has as main objective to analyze the labor conflict boarding from the valid regulation on three High Schools. The methodological section refers to a research under the quantitative orientation with a descriptive – explicative research type. Among the main conclusions found once the research was finished are that the Ministry of Public Education has designed a protocol to attend labor conflicts on schools with misses the necessary legal support to assure valid and real results once it is set up and put in practice. There is a Law on Alternative Conflict Resolution applicable to many wide contexts such as education; however, many people don’t know about the existence of this the law as well as several documents, manuals and protocols given by the Ministry of Public education with the objective to correctly handle conflicts on schools. Finally, as a main contribution to the research done there is a labor conflict boarding and solution protocol created to attend conflicts between teachers and principals. The previous documents given by the Ministry of Public Education were used as a base to create this protocol the newest on this was that the Alternative Conflict Resolution Law is incorporated to the document along with other relevant specifications needed in other to contribute to a real appropriate and complete boarding to all labor conflicts on schools. |
