Descripción:Internationalization is an important component of university policies globally and has become an innovative element of study programs. Clearly, to the influence of these trends, no career or university program may be excluded from decisions about internationalization, which also must be part of policies of improvement under accreditation. Reflect, then, on the incidence of this internationalization in studies of law is an obvious need at the moment, facing the recent accreditation of law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Costa Rica. How to perform this internationalization, how to insert it into the academic curriculum and how to invigorate it into the programming of a strategic plan are essential elements of this comparative reflection. This work is intended as a set of ideas aimed at promoting a comprehensive debate on the strategies and goals of internationalization in the framework of a renewal of the curriculum in law school.
