Secondary educations in Peru and their teachers: change and continuity

Descripción:From the moment that the new Peruvian government is independent of the Spanish political state power, the estate power is entrusted to establish and regulate the organization and functioning of the institutions that make up what we know today as the educational system. Within this process, secondary education has experienced unusual developments that differentiate it from other educational standards, in regard to institutions that teach, its purposes, the training of their teachers, instituted and the meaning assigned to teaching work and directors, thus secondary education was born linked to university education and the service of a privileged minority. His teachers, privileged elite homogenizer service project of the state have moved toward a situation of deteriorating living conditions and devaluation of their work.
