| Description: | This paper shows the elements underlying the Machiavellian discourse about human reality and behavior throughout ancient history that considers magistra vitae. Its explains why the author makes a deterministic interpretation of the nature of man, even though Machiavelli is recognized as a precursor of human psychology, showing us with countless examples, a naturalism that presupposes a content of the dualism of human nature: rational-instinctive, where the latter is dominant and immutable. |
