Diğer Bilgiler:This paper reflects on the role of storytelling in the construction of identity, specifically within educational experiences grounded in the care of the nature. It is based on Ricoeur’s (1996) thesis, which highlights that narrative is a way to understand and transform life. Regarding the methodology, a narrative–theoretical review of a hermeneutic nature was developed, based on philosophical, educational, and environmental sources, which is complemented by a biographical chronicle located in the municipality of Guachetá, Cundinamarca, Colombia. In order to give meaning to educational experiences, this study uses the chronicle, as it hybridizes the precision of empirical data with literary expressiveness. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that it is possible to strengthen educational processes oriented toward ecological justice by capturing the memory of territories and communities through the chronicle. By narrating from lived experience, acts of resistance are strengthened and more just and sustainable futures are reimagined.
