Descripción:Professor Dr. Kai Ambos from the University of Göttigen published his book “National Socialist Criminal Law (Continuity and Radicalization)”, with which he initially intended to make a review ofEugenio Raúl Zaffaroni’s book “Nazi Penal Doctrine. German Criminal Dogmatics between 1933 and 1945”. However, he ended up writing a monograph on National Socialist Criminal Law. This book develops the foundations of Nazi Criminal Law, among which he mentions racism, the concept of people’s community, the Führer’s State, the Führer’s principle, and exclusion. The book also presents the development of various schools during the Nazi era, such as that of Marburg and Kiel.Additionally, it presents an analysis of Hans Welzel’s role during National Socialism, and presents a strong criticism of Zaffaroni’s book.
