Descripción:Bioles were obtained through the anaerobic co-digestion of plant residues and excreta from cattle. A completely randomized design was applied with 3 repetitions per treatment. To each of 3 base mixtures of organic matter were inoculated: lactic acid bacteria in mixed culture (T1), raw milk (T2) and whey (T3). The substrates were prepared by hand according to empirical formulas and fermented in a 6-liter artisanal biodigester. The bioles showed functional properties compatible with their use in organic farming.
