| 实物特征: | We have been preoccupied during the last three decades about the problem of why scholars, analysts and professionals in general do not recognise the existence of a superior normative framework of constitutional origin in Costa Rica which has allowed, to enjoy a high governability and an excellent government. this present article is a summary of a research undertaken at the Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencias Económicas from January to march 2008 with the purpose of providing a conceptual framework that might allow every scholar and analyst from any academic discipline, to develop a specific vision and ability to understand the most general and interlinking factors governing the development processes in our country. Such an achievement would multiply and aggregate every discipline’s ability to understand one another and produce a more integral and articulate interpretative analysis of why Costa Rica is not yet a highly developed country, and how to take certain precise strategic and operational steps towards full development, even without changing our constitutional model. |
