Beschreibung:This article aims to analyze the scope of current labor legislation and court rulings on labor protection and work regulation in large-scale technological platforms for transportation and delivery services, with Uber and DiDi serving as emblematic cases, in the period of 2023-2024. Through a rigorous documentary analysis, the study reveals the clear shortcomings in the development of public policies aimed at ensuring legal protection for platform workers, who face conditions of labor precariousness amid the complacent inaction of the State and its institutions.
