その他の書誌記述:The purpose of this article is to establish the relevance of the formative curriculum in university extension processes, particularly for the doctoral programs of a regional university in Chile. An interpretative paradigm is applied, with a qualitative approach and grounded theory design. A total of six interviews were conducted with university managers and professionals related to the extension area of the university under study. It is established that the curriculum is a key mediator between extension planning and its effective execution, and the implications of this for university management are discussed. Recommendations are provided for public policymakers and organizations related to higher education.
