STRATEGIES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF WORK IN COMPANIES OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN THE STATE OF ZULIA 1997-2004

Descripción:The central object of the present work was to determine theadministrative focus to which the strategies are bounded implemented inthe organization of the work by the enabled operators of mobiletelephony in the state Zulia, in the period 1997-2004, before the openingof the sector of telecommunications in Venezuela. The usedmethodology was based on a type of exploratory-descriptiveinvestigation, and a design of non experimental investigation -transeccional, where one worked with the population constituted by allthe companies enabled operators of mobile telephony in Zulia state andprimary sources and secondary were used for the summary of theinformation.It was found that the strategies have a hybrid character from thetheoretical point of view, since in general terms it was evidenced the Iprevail neoclasicista, with systemic elements, centered in responding thenecessities of the clients, looking for to maintain and to elevate thepositioning in the national market.
