Descripción:This article discusses the use of humor as a learning tool not only in university classrooms, but also, as an innovative way of improving academic administrative settings. Humor can create a better work environment, improve the learning experience and encourages habits based on harmony, respect and the students’ own perception of humor that can be replicated in other educational scenarios which are compiled here as exercises, ideas and general information.  This, in turn, contributes to improving overall administrative skills and, thus, fosters a better workplace. When humor is used in this setting, it can be adapted and modified to adapt to any university or learning institute with both short and medium-term effects which will surely reflect as high levels of effectiveness and achievement of goals.
