Descripción:Anthropological research focused on old age and aging provides a holistic view of subjective and intersubjective experiences, in particular socio-cultural contexts. Thus, they question models that stereotype the Elderly and highlight the importance of analyzing age from its articulation with other components. This presentation is based on the systematization of work experiences with older women from a neighborhood of Gran La Plata (Buenos Aires Province, Argentina). From the integrality approach to knowledge and located practices, this paper presents a path that begins with research and extension practices, and that derives in intervention experiences in the community. It is hoped to contribute to the disciplinary and interdisciplinary discussion about old age, the visibility of Older Women as subjects of law, and their projection in the framework of applied policies with a perspective of recognition of multiple old ages.
