その他の書誌記述: This article reconstructs the social and political route that leads to the declaration of a first general amnesty after the 1948 civil war in Costa Rica. The multiple actors who spoke against and in favor of this legislation are analyzed, highlighting the role of women in particular. The article concludes that the amnesty was not in any way a government concession but the result of demands from various sectors from Costa Rican society. Besides, the amnesty took more than seven years to be declared because of political willingness from the winners to generate national conciliation policies.
