Descrizione:This study makes an analysis on the scope that entails the declaration of Costa Rica as a multicultural state in the light of Human Rights and its effects for indigenous community, based on a study of resolutions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, national experience and the work of the constitutional Court, thus, constituting a first possiblecontent to the constitutional principle of Multiculturalism.
