Descripción: | Aiming to identify areas of opportunity and improve future implementations, this investigation seeks to analyze the perspectives of teacher-advisors on the Digital Economy course. In terms of the approach, the author chose a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional, employing a case study that uses the focus group technique, complemented with a questionnaire. In addition, 13 professor-advisors who had taught the course participated, and interviews and a questionnaire were used as data collection instruments. The main findings of the study included the positive perception of the course in the economic reactivation of Guanajuato, the importance of Information and Communication Technologies ICT and entrepreneurial skills in the participants' profile, the partial achievement of competencies and expected learning outcomes, and the need for improvements in content contextualization, provision of business tools and solutions, and dedicated time and follow-up for the course. The study offers practical applications for future implementations, highlighting the importance of content contextualization, ICT and entrepreneurial skills, and an improved legal framework. It also underscores the implications of strengthening academic training, capacity building, and institutional support, and provides recommendations to prioritize the monitoring and adaptation of technological tools, link learning outcomes to practical applications, and provide greater prior experience to students. In conclusion, this study provides valuable information to enhance future implementations of the Digital Economy course, maximizing its impact on the regional economy of Guanajuato and preparing students for the digital era. |
