| Diğer Bilgiler: | This essay makes evident the need to look for management of knowledge, as well propose a conceptual model and an investigation method in the context of the professional practice, involving the educational community, whose final target is the transformation of the scholar center. It is based on the qualitative approach and focuses on the reflection made by workers about their own daily behavior in relation to its environment. It develops a four steps model: diagnostic, strategy, execution and evaluation. It presents the contributions since the identification of the problem, the gear of a strategy, the iterative execution of the planned actions and the importance of evaluation. The conclusion is that processes of investigation are viables, as well contributes to educational management for continuous improvement. |
