| Cur Síos: | Achieving business innovation goes beyond provision of management, business strategy, external factors or the allocation of financial resources. By contrast, requires an organizational arrangement which ensures that the sufficient flexibility to manage creativity and encourage innovation. This paper identifies the elements in the corporate design of innovative companies to enable their successful performance. It takes into account the characteristics of innovative firms and their diversity. In this line, Takes the study of the five parts of the organization raised by Mintzberg (1979) and design a research model applicable to any type of organization. In Ad Astra Rocket Company Costa Rica concluded that organizational design of innovative firms may be hybrids of different organizational design theory raised by other authors (Mintzberg (1979), Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995), Handy (1997 ) and Morcillo (1997)) and the role of the chain of command is vital for innovative companies. |
