Beskrivelse:Transforming teaching practices comprises multiple components; however, from a critical perspective, one of the most relevant aspects is the development of pedagogical praxis. According to Paulo Freire, praxis involves a conscientious teaching exercise that encompasses theory, action, and reflection. This requires different instruments that aid educators to analyze their practices. For this reason, implementing a systematization of educational experiences as a research method is suggested in order to acquire useful knowledge and further reflection upon the educational process. This essay examines the pertinence of systematizing experiences as a research modality in the teaching-learning process of Law, its connection to pedagogical praxis, and the critical conception of change in pedagogy.   It is concluded that systematizing experiences allows educators to interpret educational situations comprehensively, which contributes to rethinking their teaching and evaluation approaches in a humanistic and critical way. Furthermore, socializing these experiences fosters dialogue among the education community.
