Descripció:Leibniz’s scientific discourse contains a notion of symbol which overflows the linguistic or mathematical sign, as we understand it today. Opposed to the mechanical mathematics of his contemporaneous thinkers, the philosopher rebuilds the intentional space of the Logos that he had received from tradition. Symbols pertain to the inside of the “rerum natura”, and Leibniz’s metaphysical and cosmological system becomes reversible.
