Descripción:The following article presents the intervention of nursing from a case study, that took different elements of sexual and reproductive health to implement the intervention of obstetrical nursing. The case, was a 32 year old, pregnant woman, victim of sexual abuse and physical assault, who consented to provide the information necessary to make the intervention, after data analysis. The nursing care process was based on the principles established by the theory of Dorothea Orem. The methodology used was the case study, because it allows to describe a situation more detailed. This methodology is useful to advise and develop intervention in people and fits perfectly with the implementation of the nursing intervention, and providing alternative solutions to the problems of people. mong the most relevant results found were that women who are suffering oppressive conditions of life affects their full development in the emotional, economic sociocultural and physiopathologic factors.
