| Miêu tả: | Normalization is a concept that we can´ t consider untied from the Public Administration, or unique approach in Business Administration. Every day is denoted by major force the push that instances as the General Controllership, offer to the standardization of actions and public services, in reason not only to unify the administrative management, but also offer services to the citizens under quality criteria. We visualize a risk when topics as here proposed, are taken by government employees who proceed to make concrete actions of Normalization, without having a notion of the environment and particularities of the Costa Rica´s Public Administration, and extrapolate trends, strategies or texts from other countries, preferably from United States, we considerer it would throw away good efforts to improve or, modernize public administration. |
