The problem arises when teaching does not take into consideration the need to build learning from the integral development of students and, therefore, focus-es on purely curricular principles. Numerous studies focus this issue on the learning of English in compulsory education, highlighting the low communica-tive performance of students in this language, due to the lack of balance be-tween theory in practice and limited linguistic competence in discursive envi-ronments.
