A possible agrarian reform in Chaco (Argentina): proposals, objectives and appreciations of political power and rural actors (1963-1966)

Descripción:Abstract: Land policy during the sixties was the subject of great questioning and analysis regarding the possibilities of transformations, the objective during this period was to achieve an improvement in the distribution of the soil. The Agrarian Reform was analyzed as a measure that could achieve the transformation of the agrarian eco-nomy; these approaches can be analyzed in the land policy of the Chaco provin-ce where a Possible Agrarian Reform was carried out. In the article we propose an interpretation of this policy, proposing a definition of it, understanding the national and international context. The sources to address developing this research are based on official sources such as public bulletins, speeches by governors, local newspapers.
