Description:Introduction: ‘Miércoles de Hortalizas’ is a community characterized by its entrepreneurs and workers. However, its work value hasn’t always been recognized, therefore this project pretends to unveil the relevance of the social value and its process behind every acquired product; it’s proposed that consumers leave behind the idea that they can ask for lower prices. Objetive: highlight the importance that in entrepreneur spaces the social value gets recognized. Therefore the project has as a purpose to make the processes and experiences behind every product available in ‘Miércoles de Hortalizas’ visible, for the strengthening of the Social Solidarity Economy through materials that can raise awareness. Methodology: semi-structured interviews were made to the producers to know more than what they sell, for example if it’s family tradition, what values they rescue and others. Also, questions were made to get to know the buyers’ opinions, where they commented on the reason they visit the fair, how they got to know it, and others. [Continúa leyendo en el artículo]
