Descripción:This article, it is a summary based on the final graduation project entitled “Full compensation for work risks in Costa Rica”, which exposes how full compensation works in terms of work risks in Costa Rica, which includes work accidents and professional diseases, this development is carried out in contrast to the constitutionality block of the country. In addition, the concepts related to liability are analyzed, as well as the types of compensable legal damages and, the national and international regulations that govern this matter. This analysis is carried out under the jurisprudential line of the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Labor Appeal Courts, exceptions Jurisprudential, the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation Argentina and different cases presented before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on comprehensive reparation.
