| Diğer Bilgiler: | This essay analyzes the traditio figure as a legitimate, particular way to acquire the real right of property. Additionally, this research analyzes the Systems of Acquisition of Real Rights and relates them to the traditio figure. This relation is necessary to understand the acqui- sition system adopted by Costa Rican laws. It is concluded that our Acquisition System brings together characteristics of the three systems studied, although it does not exclude the study the different existing traditio types. |
